We'd like to bring your attention a notice for the temporary service interruption at Domain Registration. Due to the National Holiday in US on 2 September 2013, the US Bank was closed and it caused our deposit transfer to Verisign was delayed or not to be updated. The delay brought effect to the pending orders for .com/.net/.cc/tv domain names.
Meanwhile, we keep monitoring the update for this issue and get in touch with Verisign Support so that our balance will be updated as soon as possible once they receive our transfer.
